Richard Murphy
Richard is the head of Minter Ellison’s Competition & Regulatory Group in Melbourne, comprising 2 partners, 2 senior associates and 9 solicitors. Richard is also a Trade Practices Committee Member in the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. He has extensive experience in advertising advisory work and strategic compliance training in the airline, insurance, finance, automotive, manufacturing, logistics and retail industries. He also has significant practical experience in dealing directly with the ACCC on compliance and enforcement matters.
