The marketing, media and advertising industry is facing some big issues and challenges. We challenged ourselves to address these issues and created a series of thought-provoking, one-minute videos. We call the videos the Golden Minute.

We have selected a few of our favourites here and paired them with articles from the TrinityP3 blog. Please enjoy.
Centralize or decentralize your marketing department?
We were again busy assisting our Australian and international customers in July with the following projects:
A large vehicle manufacturer had us conclude the first stage of a major project where we help ensure the internal marketing group was aligned with the future communications strategy.
One of the bigger tourism corporations had us benchmark their global media spend against the agreed SOW.
In-house process, technology and a workflow software audit followed by recommendations were the order of the day for a very large entertainment business.
The TrinityP3 team helped one of Australia’s larger FMCG companies with an agency search and selection process.
The same FMCG had us assess one of their larger TV production estimates to check it was delivering fair value.
We also worked for a major building and construction company to help them find a highly specialist agency for a unique new offering.
Another large car manufacturer engaged us to refresh their agency partners.
And finally, an Asian based car company asked us to manage a creative tender.
If you would like assistance or advice on any aspect of your marketing spend, contact us today for a confidential discussion.
