How are you reducing waste in advertising production?
TrinityP3 USA Chairman, Michael Farmer, has said on a number of occasions, that agency production volumes have exponentially increased over the past two decades due to digital and social media. In 1995 the average brand produced between 200 – 250 different outputs per year. Today those numbers are in the thousands with some brands producing more than 5000 outputs per year. This volume of production per brand and per market leads to significant duplication and waste. In their efforts to drive greater efficiencies, some brands have turned to technology, others have outsourced the solution and others are embracing improved ways of working.
