What a year. And not in a good way. You would not be forgiven for thinking Armageddon had arrived. Flood. Fires. Pestilence and Plague. Cue the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. In the countdown to the end of the year and the start of the New Year, it is worth reflecting on the year that was. How was this year professionally? Was it a year of growth? Or disappointment? Of surprise? Or monotonous challenges? The year will have unfolded and impacted each of us differently.
