Following the discussion at Mumbrella Question time last year about the lack of women in senior roles in media and advertising, I was at the Communications Council Circus Festival when Charles Wigley from BBH finished his presentation with this video clip.
Listening to the reaction to the audience in the room after this ran, I was left to wonder if those, that thought this is an instruction video for diversity strategies in the advertising industry, were obviously back in the agency, perhaps occupying the corner office.
