How inclusive and diverse is your agency leadership team?
Diversity and inclusiveness are top of mind in many boardrooms. Movements including #ChangeTheRatio, #AskForMore, #BLM and #MeToo are raising awareness of the issues caused by centuries of white privilege, male chauvinism and misogyny. But diversity is more than culture and gender. It is also age, religion, disability, sexual orientation and more. But we and the organisations we work for need to go beyond the hashtags and the supportive words. A starting point is in the leadership of the organisation.
