Is Artificial Intelligence having a huge impact on the way we do marketing and business?
AI has been voted as the word of 2017 (even thought it is technically two words) by the members of the ANA because as one member said “It’s not just the marketing word of the year, it’s the transformative phenomenon that’s going to reshape the world as we now know it”. But is this like many of the other bright shiny new things we see come and go in marketing or is it the ‘rise of the machines’ that will eventually take over jobs and leave marketers redundant? Is Artificial Intelligence having a huge impact on the way we do marketing and business?
