Gina Larter has extensive relationship management, new business and business development experience working for 25+ years at board or Managing Director level. She has set the strategy for and within Account Management Departments across agency groups such as WPP, Omnicom, including Ogilvy, TBWA and Grey, as well as for independents, achieving £16.9m in new business and £8.2m in business development. She has partnered with CMOs and Chief Strategy Officers to win numerous awards for Innovation and Loyalty, including a prestigious award from The Marketing Society for Loyalty.
Gina brings an unparalleled depth and breadth of experience across a huge range of disciplines from: branding, advertising, integrated marketing, digital, content, direct marketing, sales promotion, loyalty, data and research. Working across a wide variety of sectors such as IT, Telco, Automotive, Finance, FMCG, Retail, Travel & Leisure, Public Sector, Healthcare and Charity, she has the ability to see/challenge traditional ways of doing things in a new light, and uses the rigour of data and science for back up in a way that is essential for Trinity P3.
Holding a postgraduate degree in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, certified in Women in Leadership coaching, a Practitioner of Insights Discovery behavioural types, as well as having studied Applied Neuroscience and Neuroscience & Change Management, Gina is well versed in human behaviour, behavioural economics and building strong and trusted relationships.
