Jane is a marketing consultant and brand builder with over 25 years of experience and a career focus on cross-agency integration.

Prior to life as a consultant, Jane spent 20 years in and around Madison Avenue, primarily focused on health and wellness brands. While at McCann she led the successful turnaround of Weight Watchers, taking the stock price from $25 to over $80 in just 6 months time. While at creative powerhouse TBWA\Chiat\Day, she led successful new business efforts and re-launched OTC brands Nicorette and alli for GSK. At FCB, she led strategic thinking and creative strategy for Eli Lilly’s blockbuster Cymbalta. Most recently, Jane served as Chief Strategy Officer for midwest agency powerhouse Doner, among many duties, serving as the executive champion for 14 Johnson & Johnson brands.

As a consultant Jane has worked with some powerful and famous brands including Bombay Sapphire, Grey Goose, McKinsey & Company, HelloFresh, CureForward, Samsung, Pfizer, Verizon, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Nestle, and KFC. She often works closely with C-level clients to reduce the amount of space and friction between decision makers and the creative thinkers that will get the job done.

Before advertising, Jane was a self-proclaimed data geek. She specialized in custom models and segmentation development. Her passion was uncovering data assets that could make her clients’ marketing more successful. She uses those data skills today as a secret weapon to drive agency alignment — no one can argue with data.
