Rachel Raphael has a passion for identifying and nurturing the potential of businesses to drive growth.

For the past 20 years she has worked in London, Sydney and Melbourne, with some of the world’s best integrated marketing companies, helping them to grow more profitable through improved efficiencies, providing senior support managing multi-agency and cross-functional teams, strategic campaign planning, and winning more business.

Rachel started her career twenty-five years ago in Entertainment Marketing, responsible for the negotiation, strategy and activation of partnership marketing activities for Disney, 20th Century Fox and Film 4 across Europe. She also led the Electronic Arts account.

She moved to Sydney in 1999 where she led teams at DDB, The Marketing Store,

And was promoted to Managing Director of Ogilvy’s Shopper and Experiential agency.

Upon Rachel’s return to the UK, she worked with several network agencies including Momentum Worldwide (part of IPG as Client Services and Operations Director driving business transformation and delivering change programmes that improved efficiencies.

She set up Rachel Raphael Consulting, a strategic advisory service to agencies wanting to increase their profit by improving efficiencies and optimising output. Rachel brings to TrinityP3 the capability and expertise for marketing, procurement and their agencies on how to work more effectively and efficiently.
