What is Marketing Management?

Marketing is what marketers are mostly focused on doing. Outside this, there is marketing management. This is the process of ensuring the implementation of a marketing strategy and plan is optimised to deliver the intended performance.
In simpler times this was another responsibility of the marketing team. But as marketing has become more complex, with more media channels, more regulation on consumer privacy and rights, and more legal, financial, and ethical considerations, so marketers are increasingly relying on either their in-house colleagues in legal, procurement and finance, or engaging the services of an independent, third-party specialist like TrinityP3.

Our commercial arrangements as transparent and straight-forward as the way we communicate. We provide a fixed price project fee based on the scope and complexity of each project.
