Darren provides the reality check all agencies need. Our lead had presented credentials and pitched new business many times and on the most part reasonably successful. Darren was able to bring a depth of experience and clarity to the session that was definitely valuable. Although some feedback was a little tough to hear, it just made sense, especially coming from an outside expert that has the benefits of knowing what clients actually think VS say politely.
